Online Driving License: देश में आमजन को ज्यादा से ज्यादा सुविधाएँ प्रदान करने की दृष्टि से ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (Driving License) बनाने की प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सरल किया गया है। अब कोई भी आवेदक लर्निंग लाइसेंस (Learning License), नवीन ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के आवेदन (New Driving License Online), नवीनीकरण (Driving License Renewal) अथवा ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में अन्य श्रेणी के आवेदन के साथ रजिस्टर्ड चिकित्सक द्वारा पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन Form 1A में मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट (Medical Certificate) जारी कर सकेंगे।
उल्लेखनीय है कि एक अप्रैल 2021 के पूर्व उक्त मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट (Medical Certificate of Driving License) मैनुअल तरीके से जारी किए जाने का प्रावधान था। मेडिकल काउंसिल में रजिस्टर्ड चिकित्सक पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 1ए में मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट जारी कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए उन्हें एनआईसी के सारथी पोर्टल (Sarathi Portal) पर पंजीयन कराना आवश्यक है। (ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने और आवेदन करने की प्रोसेस जानने के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करें)
