CBSE ने Class 9 Science Syllabus 2025-26 को NCFSE 2023 के अनुसार तैयार किया है ताकि छात्र केवल याद न करें, बल्कि समझें, सोचे, observe करें और वास्तविक जीवन में concepts लागू करना सीखें। इस syllabus में Physics, Chemistry, Biology और Environmental Science — चारों themes का संतुलित मिलान है। इसके साथ internal assessment और practical learning भी जोड़ी गई है ताकि evaluation केवल लिखने तक सीमित न रहे बल्कि concepts की समझ भी जाँची जाए।
CBSE Class 9 Science — Units और Marking Scheme
वार्षिक परीक्षा में कुल 80 मार्क्स की theory और 20 मार्क्स की internal assessment होती है। यूनिट-वाइज वेटेज इस प्रकार है:
- Matter: Its Nature and Behaviour — 25 Marks
- Organization in the Living World — 22 Marks
- Motion, Force and Work — 27 Marks
- Food & Food Production — 6 Marks

CBSE Class 9 Science Syllabus 2025-26 — Unit Wise Topics
Unit 1: Matter – Its Nature and Behaviour — matter का particulate nature, states of matter, evaporation, condensation, elements, compounds, mixtures, atoms & molecules, laws of chemical combination, atomic structure, isotopes और isobars।
Unit 2: Organization in the Living World — cell structure, cell organelles, tissues, plant & animal tissues, organization levels (tissue से organism तक) और जीवन प्रक्रियाओं का आधारभूत परिचय।
Unit 3: Motion, Force and Work — motion, velocity, acceleration, graphs, Newton’s laws, inertia, momentum, gravitation, floatation, work, energy, power और sound।
Unit 4: Food and Food Production — crop production, improvement, fertilizers, manures, pest control और organic farming की role।

प्रैक्टिकल का मकसद concepts को hands-on तरीके से समझाना है। students experiments लिखते हैं, observe करते हैं और परिणाम explain करते हैं। इससे conceptual clarity, observation power और presentation skill बेहतर होती है।
