Ware House Business: किसान खेतों में बनवाएं वेयरहाउस, सरकार देगी सब्सिडी, कुछ पल में बन जाएंगे करोड़पति, जानिए कैसे?

एक ओर जहां कृषि (Agriculture) के क्षेत्र में हो रहे बंपर उत्पादन किसानों (Formers) को मालामाल कर रहा है। तो वही कृषि से जुड जुड़ा हुआ एक कार्य ऐसा है जिसमें जिसमें किसानों को बहुत अधिक लाभ हो सकता है। हम बात कर रहे हैं खेत में वेयरहाउस (ware House Business) बनवाने के संबंध में। अगर किसान अपने पहुंच मार्ग वाले खेत में वेयरहाउस (Ware House Business) बनवा लेते हैं तो उन्हें भरपूर आमदनी प्राप्त होगी. कमाई का जरिया है वेयरहाउस (Warehouse is the source of income) 

अगर किसान (Formers) अपने खेतों में वेयरहाउस (Ware House) का निर्माण करवा लेते हैं तो उससे अच्छा मुनाफा (Good Profit) कमा सकते हैं। साथ ही वह अपने कृषि की उपज को भंडारित कर कीमत ज्यादा मिलने पर भेज सकते हैं। किराए पर गोदाम या कहे वेयरहाउस (Warehouse) लेने के लिए सरकार भी किसान से एग्रीमेंट (Government also agreement with the farmer) करती है यह फायदे का धंधा साबित हो सकता है। (If farmers get the warehouse constructed in their fields, then they can earn good profit from it. Along with this, he can store his agricultural produce and send it when the price is high. सरकार देती है सब्सिडी (government gives subsidy) 

वेयर हाउस (Warehouse) बनवाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा सब्सिडी (subsidy) प्रदान की जाती है। जानकारी के अनुसार करीब एक करोड़ रुपए तक की सब्सिडी प्राप्त होती है। या दूसरे शब्दों में कहा जाए तो वेयरहाउस बनवाने में सरकार 80 फ़ीसदी तक का लोन (Loan) देती है। ऐसे में किसान 40 लाख रुपए लगाकर 1 लाख बोरी रखने की क्षमता वाला वेयरहाउस बनवा सकता है। (Subsidy is provided by the government to build a warehouse. इतनी होगी कमाई (will earn so much) 

वेयरहाउस (Warehouse) बनवाने के बाद किसान को प्रति माह करीब 8 लाख रुपए की आमदनी होती है। या यूं कहा जाए की किसान को करोड़ों रुपए की आमदनी जाती है। वेयरहाउस में किसानों को एक बार पैसा लगाने के बाद काफी समय तक आमदनी होती है। (After building the warehouse, the farmer earns about Rs 8 lakh per month.
